A superbly cast Tibeto - Chinese bronze (Ritual Bell) Ghanta 18th century The dome cast with lotus petals interspersed with Tibetan bija syllables, the shoulder and upper body with repeating vajra and dharmachakra motifs between beaded borders, the central shaft rising to a crowned buddha head over a lotus base, surmounted by a four pronged half-vajra, with incised six character mark, the interior cast in relief with three character mantra Ohm Ah Hum, 30.5 cm high
