A large Japanese carved and inlaid two fold screen Showing a scene of a female monkey protecting her young from an eagle amongst tree branches and foliage, the reverse doves amongst tree branches, the whole finely inlaid with ivory, bone, mother of pearl and gilt brass, within a relief carved dragon surround above two pierced and carved serpent panels, inset signature panels, some losses, each panel 179 x 72 cm
