Two vinaigrettes, by Taylor and Perry, Birminghams 1840 and Peter Pettifer, Birminghmas 1856 The first with lid with a moulded thumb piece and engraved with scrollwork enclosing a vacant cartouche, similar engraving to the base and wrigglework to the sides, gilt interior, the grill pierced with floral scrollwork, height 0.75 cm, length 3 cm, depth 2.25 cm, weight 16gms, the second, shaped rectangular with ring, the liid engraved with foliate scrollwork enclosing a vacant cartouche, the base with similar engraving, interior gilt with engraved and circular pierced grill, height 0.5 cm, length 2.5 cm, depth 1.75 cm, weight 10gms.
