A Rare and Unusual Cloisonne Enamel Vase Depicting foliage mostly within wires, however, also in shaded enamels. Also, two large fruit/flower areas are depicted by coloured and silver foil, with unfilled cloisonns (cells), giving the 3 dimensional effect of seeds or berries. Against a sky blue ground. Set in chrome rims. Signed on base within a silver plaque, 'Tamura, Yukio', in kanji characters. Mid to late Showa period. Height: 24.5 cm
