A fine pair of Louis XVI ormolu six light candelabra by Pierre Philippe Thomire formed from classically draped maidens standing on globes and holding aloft cornucopia of flowers from which emanate further horns cast with scrolls and flowerheads, the pedestals applied with basket of flower mounts to the fronts and lyres and swans to the sides, signed to the reverse Thomire a Paris.
