A late 18th century Irish mahogany longcase clock, Barnaby Vizer, Dublin, the hood with tall swan neck pediment with applied carved buds over a carved cushion moulding centred by a mask, with freestanding reeded columns over a long trunk door flanked by quarter columns to a panelled base, the 12 inch square brass dial with signed silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring, matted centre and subsidiary seconds and date dials (seconds hand lacking), the eight day weight driven movement with anchor escapement rack striking on a bell, 2.44m
