Terry denham court, pencil and watercolour, signed ; Note This painting is signed, undated, but had to have been executed between 1852, when Terry came to New South Wales with his brother, Alexander and joined the gold diggers in the Hunter Valley, and 1862, when the painting was presented to Miss Alice Grant Gordon, a pupil at Miss Sarah Eliza Lester's Seminary for Young Ladies.
