A fine Shan Crown head of Buddha, c.17th century, of Museum quality, sculpted from sandstone, the fine featured visage with downcast eyes and serene expression, flanked by four foliate projections to the rear below a four tiered Crown with bud shaped cintanami at apex, remnant gilt, rejoined at rear, consistent even weathering, old encrustations, Burma, 24 x 29 cm.
