A fine Gandharan schist sculpture of Buddha, c.3rd century AD, of Museum quality and significance, dressed in a long flowing robe, the visage of fine features and benign expression with wavy hair pulled up and tied in a topknot, remnant earth encrustations, consistent weathering, superb detail, 75 x 35 cm, Ex-coll.
