An Imperial Russian silver niello Porrtsigar, circa 1880, Moscow, the cheroot case with inverted corners displays an impressive architectural engraving of 'The Winter Palace' to the lid framed by a band of foliate patterns which is then expanded upon to the base. Stamped to front. Length 14.5 cm. Width 8.5 cm.
