An Unusual sterling silver Scent Bottle Constructed From Shillings. Circa 1879, London, Thomas Johnstone. The short tubular container with push button lid constructed from a series of hollowed shillings which houses the brass scent bottle and mounted to each end a full shilling. Stamped to exterior. Weight 77gr Height 7.5 cm.
