Perret, 68 Newington Butts the arched case with long glazed door within a moulded edge and with pierced carved fret, on a panelled base, the 16 inch signed circular painted dial with concentric Arabic minutes enclosing subsidiaries for running seconds and Roman hour numerals, the movement with substantial plates united by four knopped finials, with maintaining power to the deadbeat escapement with jewelled pallets and high-count pinions and long crutch to a pendulum suspended from the backboard
