An antique George III style mahogany 8 drawer chest on chest, later 19th century. The tallboy with moulded overhanging cornice & chamfered corners, above a top section with 2 half drawers and 3 full width graduated drawers flanked by canted and fluted angles with gilded cast capitals, upon a moulded base top with a pull-out brushing slide, over 3 full width graduated drawers with conforming fluted sides, the finely strung drawers with brass drop handles on shaped backplates, all raised on large shaped corner bracket feet. Height 190 cm, width 108 cm, depth 54 cm
