A Regency Old Sheffield Plate samovar, circa 1820 the hot water urn and domed cover with ball finial, with an urn form body flanked by lion heads with ring handles, with gadrooned and fluted borders, Grecian key rosette and fluted spigot, fitted with central lift-out frame inside to hold a hot iron, raised on a waisted pedestal and square base with ball feet. Height 47 cm
