Hiroe Swen (Japanese/Australian, b. 1934). Ikebana Vase, c. 1975, slab and coil built stoneware of squat form, with tapered base and squared bulbous shoulders, with blue glaze, overlaid with modelled white gloss glaze, artists seals impressed on base, height 18 cm width 30 cm depth 30 cm.
