A French marble top mahogany display sideboard by Martin, a. Martin (Valenciennes), circa 1900 the upper section with a fine glazed display cabinet with curved sides, mirror back, internal glass shelf, side doors, on scrolled acanthus supports above a rectangular bevelled mirror, the lower section with a variegated cream marble top above two drawers and two cupboard doors with internal shelves, with fluted corners and raised on fluted tapering toupie feet, decorated with gilt bronze mounts, swing handles and escutcheons. Height 208 cm, width 153 cm, depth 50 cm
