A lidded Russian silver mug, with cylindrical shape, scrolled floral handle, floral border below the lip, four applied panels of various scenes, a garland of vines at the mid line with ribbed borders and a frieze of classical figures applied to the base. Featuring a domed engraved lid which is finished with twin circular wreaths. Stamped finial. Having an 84, assay stamp and marked M.K 1828. Maker Peter Andreas Muller St Petersburg. Height:21.5 cm.
