A Carlton Ware 'Spider's Web' gondola pedestal bowl, Carlton Ware, circa 1940s, the two-handled bell gondola footed bowl, decorated with bluebells and grasses overhung by bramble leaves with a spider in a web, butterflies and insects in flight, with elements of the decoration to the interior, upon a deep blue ground, with gold script mark to the underside.
