A Japanese tea bowl attributed to Ninnami Dohachi (1783-1855), Edo period (1603-1868), classic Kyoyaki chawan with a crackled grey glaze and painting to the front of flowers in iron brown, white and blue. 7 cm high, 12.25 cm diameter. Other notes: Although it is missing its tomobako, the style of decoration and potting and the signature conform with other known examples of Ninnami's work.
