Large and impressive Pre-European argillite toki, tapering quadrangular shape. Giant toki of this size are very rare. They were usually associated with important projects such as the felling of large totara or kauri trees or the building of waka (canoes). Polished surface, hammer pecked to the poll section. 35 cm length.
