A Chinese Guan type crackle glazed celadon dish, Qianlong period (1735-1796), the flattened dish with everted rim, covered in a fine celadon glaze featuring 'Iron wire and golden thread' crackle, 3.5 cm high, 21.5 cm diameter. Provenance: purchased in Thailand, 1949-1952 or 1963-1968, Allan Henry Loomes OBE (1917-1990), and thence by descent.
