Sir Pelham Warner, nicely signed 4-page hand-written letter from Christchurch, NZ, dated Feby 26 1903, mentions 'Orders Are Being Taken For My Book Already, I Really Believe It Will Sell Extremely Well Both Here & in Australia: '. We have had a very good time, & a triumphal march so far. I made 211 the other day. We leave for Australia on March 6'. (plum Warner played 15 Tests 1898-1912, including 10 as England Captain, and was manager of the 1932-33 Bodyline team).
