An ornate George III sterling silver sugar basin, 1823 London, with maker's mark for probably Naphtali Hart, a compressed waisted basin of lobed form, with gadroons to the rim and embossed floral reserves, raised on paw feet with rose and leafy whorl mounts, and having bifurcated flying scroll floral handles; hallmarked to centre body, silver weight 412gr, height 11.5 cm, diameter 15 cm
