Round facet cut sapphire in a rubover mount and surrounded by a halo of grain set small round brilliant cut diamonds, the triple split shoulders set with conforming diamonds, with the addition of two further diamonds to each side of the halo mount, the sapphire in a good cornflour blue tone.
