A synthetic sapphire and diamond cocktail ring, 18ct yellow gold, circa 1970's, designed with a bold Bvlgari styling, featuring a central cushion cabochon cut synthetic sapphire of strong deep blue colour, measuring 11.4 x 9.3 mm, claw set in four double claws, merging to a triple railed band with two outer rows of single cut diamonds centred by a polished rail, tapering to a narrow band.
