A late 19th century Etruscan heavy gold brooch set with a large diamond fine wire and bead highlights, a central panel set with an old cut diamond of approx. 0.60ct, maker's mark 'Hammon' stamped to the reverse. 14gm. Note: The renowned South African jeweller J. Hammon was established in Pietermaritzburg 1872.
