An ornate French enamelled pocket watch brooch pendant, 18ct yellow gold, circa 19th century, presented as a very ornate oval plaque, of emerald green enamel work, detailed by central gold foliate detail, framed, by heavily worked diamond and seed pearl set frame, fitted with pin to reverse, suspending two pearl set chain drops, terminating with a matched round, enamelled ladies open faced watch, with gold foliate dial and green case, back.
