Description:
Royal Engineers Department Rare Australian pembroke table, blackwood and cedar, circa 1840s, stamped in three places 'R.E.D.' and with convict broad arrow. The building, a beautiful two storey sandstone structure prominently located near the Hobart foreshore is a fine example of Colonial architecture in the Georgian style. 76 cm high, 50 cm wide (extends to 110 cm wide), 106 cm deep
