A synthetic ruby and diamond retro dress ring, 14ct rose gold, circa 1940's, designed as a bold stylised panel style ring with curved form and rolled end detail, featuring a central grain set rail of old cut diamonds, flanked by a finer channel set rail of synthetic rubies to each side, the rolled end detail only diamond set with cabochon set to ends merging to a plain gold band. N.B. One end cabochon stone deficient.
