An antique diamond and sapphire set crescent moon brooch, yellow gold and sterling silver topped, Edwardian, made as a large crescent moon brooch with an outer graduated frame of oval sapphires, mid bright blue in colour, flanked to inner with a row of old cut diamonds, grain set and edged in a fine rail of silver, fitted with pin and safety chain.
