A small bronze after Jean Garnier - Pecheuse De Crevettes (the Shrimp Fisherwoman), depicting a young fisherwoman, raised on a rectangular base with an obelisk boat tie, signed J. Garnier, the base with a tag bearing the title and reading 'Par J. Garnier (Mentionne au salon). & Finnigans Paris', height 34 cm. Provenance: collection of Catherine Hannah, former president of the New Zealand antique Dealers Association and noted antique dealer in Rotorua for over 40 years.
