A sapphire and diamond ring, centrally set with an oval pink sapphire weighing 1.30cts, surrounded and shouldered by round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 1.94cts, in 18ct gold, ring size Q. The ring presents in overall very good condition. The central sapphire is intense purplish pink, transparent with few inclusions other than a band of broken silk and minor surface reaching fractures beneath two claws. Diamonds graded as colour E-F, clarity Vs. Makers mark I.J.
