French Mameluke pattern cavalry sword, early 19th century good quality French cavalry sabre made by the Royal Manufactory at Klingenthal in the first half of the 19th century, with standard engraved factory marking Klingenthal, Coulaux et Cie on the back of the blade. Single fullered 80 cm blade. Fine horn hilt.
