A 19th century French gilt bronze and black slate mantel clock, the silvered engine turned dial with Roman numerals mounted within a classical plinth surmounted by a seated figure of Marcus Aurelius above a gilt bronze and slate base, with a twin train movement with outside countwheel striking on a bell, back of movement stamped Wf.
