Late Victorian mantle clock garniture of classical form black Belgium slate engraved with floral decoration, enamelled dial with Arabic numerals to chapter ring. Flanked by marble pilasters, garnitures of bronze trophy form on pedastal base. Presented by the mayor of St Albans to Sgt T. Murley upon his retirement and services to 29 years in the police force.
