A signed Japanese ivory Votive case with netsuke and Ojime, Meiji period, 1865-1912, a two door case profusely relief carved with lotus borders and panels of figures to the reverse, exterior and interior doors and opening to reveal a carved figure of the Buddha, with a cord threaded through side channels and attached to a carved ojime bead and a netsuke of a man carrying a sack holding a creature, length 10 cm, width 8 cm
