A French ormolu Louis XVI style figural clock, circa 1850s, with maker's mark for Japy Freres, the silk suspension clock with an enamel dial with Roman numerals set within a rockwork drum surmounted by a pair of romantic figures with bocage, he holding a hunting horn, the lower plinth with cast vegetal festoons, medallions and lattice work upon scroll work feet, in working order with key and pendulum, height 47 cm, width 34.5 cm, depth 11 cm
