A French scenic wallpaper panel of West Point, New York by Zuber et cie, published by Rixham, circa 1852-1860 from the series 'Les Vues de L'Amerique du Nord' 120 x 300 cm (approx.) The wallpaper is illustrated on pages 310-311 of the book French Scenic Wallpaper 1795-1865 by Odile Nouvel-Kammerer. In 1961 First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy had the Diplomatic Reception Room in the White House papered with the 'Views of North America' Zuber wallpaper and these 'Views of North America' Zuber scenes still hang in The White House today
