A pair of Japanese Meiji period carved, lacquered and inlaid bone decorated two-panel screens, each with a red lacquered large central panel decorated with carved bone highlights of falcons perched upon blossoming bows, their attention drawn to smaller birds, all within carved frames including exotic bird and floral detail. Each panel 18.3 cm x 85.5 cm together with the unmounted hinges and casters.
