A vintage diamond set starburst brooch, 17ct yellow gold, made as a lovely pierced, scrolled heart motif brooch of inverted heart shaped panels in polished gold, each centred by a single transition cut diamonds claw set, the six totalling approximately 0.58ct, each connected and spaced by a fine radiating straight rail of gold, extending past heart profile, fitted with pin and safety chain.
