A very fine Chinese lacquer BRISE fan Qing Dynasty, 18th-19th century, painted in gouache, with figures in a landscape on a red ground, the top of each stick decorated with animals and plants, guards with gilt decoration of dragons and phoenix, mounted in a water gilded frame, sticks: 19 cm long, overall 33 cm wide, frame: 36 cm high, 56 cm wide.
