A George III sterling silver sauce boat, 1770 London, with unregistered maker's mark Id with pellet (unidentified by Grimwade), of typical boat form with a serpentine rim, a flying 's' form handle with acanthus embellishment, and raised upon three hoof feet with leafy mounts, hallmarked underside.
