A fine sterling silver two handled tea tray, 1905 London, with maker's mark for Thomas Bradbury & Sons, the oval tray with a gadrooned edge to the raised border having stylised acanthus leaf and reeded loop handles, the plain body with the engraved armorial of the Bateman-Hanbury family bearing the Latin motto, 'Nec Prece Nec Pretio', 'Neither by bribery or prayer'; crisp hallmarks underside to body. Silver weight 2920gr. Length 65 cm. Width 44.5 cm
