Phar Lap's racing Bridle: a racing bridle used by jockey Jim Pike on Phar Lap from September to October 1931, with 1st places in the Hill Stakes, spring Stakes, Craven plate and Randwick plate. Jim Pike's widow Olga sold this bridle with the rest of his riding gear to John East in 1975, who sold them at auction through Scott's of Dandenong in 1998, to Reg Howarth of Tahoma stud
