*** Dame Lucie Rie and Hans Coper, six place coffee set, comprising a coffee pot and milk jug each with side handles, sugar basin and six cups and saucers. Stoneware with manganese glaze with sgraffito banding to the exterior and white tin glazed interior. The coffee pot with a small chip to the rim of the spout. Impressed Lr and Hc seal marks to the base of the cups, the coffee pot, milk jug and sugar basin with Lr seal marks, circa 1960. ***
*** Hans Coper, an early angular stoneware vase, the interior in mat manganese, the exterior textured with a buff white slip, raised on a cylindrical foot, circa 1958. Impressed Hc seal mark to the base,. Height 15 cm ***
*** Dame Lucie Rie, teapot with manganese glaze with vertical radiating sgraffito bands. The looping cane handle attached at the shoulder through pierced lugs. Impressed Lr seal mark, circa 1958. ***

*** A rare New Zealand Temuka T.N. Lovatt designed lamp base decorated with Maori figures with sprinkled grey glaze, signed to the base (The only known example of this lamp base), W. 28 cm ***

*** Theo Schoon, a rare and important press moulded stoneware dish. The rectangular dish decorated with an impressed Theo Schoon stamp design. Signed with initials to the base and with affixed label from Steve Rumsey. This dish, one of only four known, was a creative collaboration between Steve Rumsey, Len Castle and Theo Schoon. In 1985 Theo Schoon was living in Mangere in a retirement home, weak and frail as a result of emphysema.… ***
