*** Brass locomotive builders plate, 'J.Martin & Co./ 215/ Gawler. S.A. 1913', large plate 45 x 24 cm. From the South Australian Railways T Class 4-8-0 locomotive ***
*** Brass locomotive front number plate, '406', large oval 59 x 37 cm. This plate was bought from the Sar Islington Workshops inthe early 1970s. The plate is in 'off loco' condition, in that it has a few knocks and dings. {The 400-class Beyer-Garratt 4-8-2 + 2-8-4 locomotives were built in France for the South Australian Railways to work the narrow 3’ 6' gauge ore trains from the Broken Hill mines to Port Pirie. The first of the ten locomotives was delivered in mid- 1953.… ***

*** N.S.W.: Metal bracket from steam loco engine with Five Different Gauges: Steam Drifting Gauge, -30 to 15 psi; Steam Gauge, 50 to 300 psi; Duplex Gauge (red & black indicator arms), 0 to 150 psi; B.P. Flow Indicator; Westinghouse Gauge, 10 to 160. Gauges range from 17 cm to 9 cm diameter, bracket = overall 44 x 85 cm. Unusual to see all gauges together. 3 gauges have broken or cracked glass; otherwise, generally good condition. (1 bracket with 5 gauges) ***

The oblong brass box with glass front has 2 gauges each with 2 indicator hands - the left gauge is for the stoker engine & the right for fine coal; with flexible metal hose to the top & 4 outlet cocks to the base, overall (ex hose) 27 x 27 x 8 cm. Believed to be ex N.S.W.G.R. A spectacular piece ***

*** Locomotive builders plate, 'Sir W. G. Armstrong Whitworth & Co Ltd, Scotswood Works, Newcastleon- Tyne. No, 872, 1927' large oval brass plate, inscribed to reverse 'C 17 Class No 824 Entered service July 1927, scrapped May 1967, mileage 960,780.' 46 x 30 cm ***
*** Nsw Signal Arms: Home/Starter, Wrong Road Shunt, Shunt Ahead. All overall 22 x 68 cm, Shunt ahead has large 'S' (40.5 x 26 cm) screwed on. A little chipping but good condition. (3) ***
*** Nsw railway type platform light. Includes lamp shade complete with globe & large ornate wall bracket, shade 35 cm diameter, bracket and shade 75 cm across, green & grey. Also, ground unit for the lamp, 55 cm high & 18 cm diameter. Nice condition. (2) ***
*** Nsw Signal Finials: 2 x 84 cm high with circular base; 1 x 77 cm high with square base. All painted grey. Also: small white finial, 19 cm high. Good condition. (4) ***
*** N.S.W. Signal Indicator marked 'Lever No.6'. Wooden box with glass front showing a signal representation in silvered metal with a small, moveable distant arm; opens to show electrical fittings behind the display. 24 x 13 x 9.5 cm. Display has a few paint chips but still good condition ***

*** 1900 Kerosene Railway Lamp, with brass insert and chimney. Front and back lens marked 'British Made'. 'V.R.' marking to insert and side of lamp. In fine condition, small crack to chimney. Repainted but not recently ***
