The construction blocks are made of natural materials (chalk and linseed oil) and have the feeling of real bricks. The Anchor construction set is stored in a large wooden bo x with reinforced brass edges and metal handgrips at either side.… ***
*** Meccano Super Model No.7.1, 'New Meccano Motor Chassis' modelled on Bentley 3.5 litre car. Model has been constructed to a very high standard and is 62 cm in length with a three speed working gear box, eight differential and Meccano electric motor. Model looks stunning in dark blue with gold wheels. List available with all parts that have been used in construction ***

Wonderful painting on the box lid by the late Burt Hartshorn, of two boys working a Meccano crane with a Hornby train from the 1920's running in the foreground, all being supervised by Teddy.
