*** Italian Pietra Dura Jewellery Box c1850, Pietra dura is the art of 'Hard Stone Mosaic', so realistic it is often hard to tell from the original subject material. This gold gilt framed box has pietra dura on all sides and the top. The interior of the box is original, tattered but original. In lovely condiition. Must see. ***
*** Pietra Dura Jewellery Box, all four sides and top decorated with beautiful flowers. In wonderful condition. Two small pieces of trim are detatched and inside of box. Complete and original tag from Florence Italy to bottom. ***
