*** Pianola (Player Piano) 'Hardman Peck & Co.' New York. Model (1917) 'Playotone'. Virtually untouched, stored in one place for 67 years. Considered to be the best of the player pianos with top grade piano manufacture. Plays beautifully, needs tuning. The player piano is compete but needs attention. Ivory and ebony keys, walnut finish with minor crazing. With 48 original rolls. ***
*** German Violin 4/4 (Full Size), c1890 with fitted case. In very fine condition, no cracks, used but not abused. All corners intact, lovely scroll, sweet tone ***
*** Buescher alto saxophone c1930 in original case, with full service report included, silver plated over brass, minor wear no major damage, made in Elkhart Indiana, serial number 242096, straps and reeds included. A player's instrument in very fine condition. ***
*** 3 Octave Buggy Pedal Organ, c1875 by Boyd Ltd London, walnut with original decals intact. The white keys seem to be ivory and the black keys dyed boxwood. It has been in Australia for over 100 years. Most often used to provide music for the 'Snake Oil Salesman' buggy as he brought his wares to small towns to sell. This pedal organ is in perfect working condition; equipped with a volume lever, an expensive addition of its day.… ***
*** Pear Shaped Viol c1860, a very unusual 4 stringed instrument. Top made of fine spruce, ebony arched and fretted fingerboard (marked J.Pugh, Altona), ornate engraved Stauffer style headstock. Four ivory tuners, one cracked, one missing. The beautifully carved F holes are the work of a fine violin luthier. Because of the arched fingerboard, this instrument was designed to be played with a bow. In very good condition ***
*** German Violin 4/4 c1875, sweet tone, violin with original coffin case and modern bow. In very good condition small repair to top over 100 years old ***
*** Mandolin Guitar, c1894 (Actually a lap Zither) in original bo x with all accessories and a 'How to Play book', in near mint condition. Gold leafing intact all decals as if made yesterday. Made in U.S.A. A Zither time capsule. Must view to appreciate ***
*** Flutina c1850, forerunner of the accordion as we know it today. It was made by the Busson Brevete Companay of Paris, stamped on side of wood. All mother of pearl keys working, some scuffing to bellows but no holes can be seen. With original case. Instrument in wonderful condition, case needs work ***
